Gardening for Schools – Learning & Planting at St Laurence O’Toole’s Primary School
At Gardening for Schools, we were delighted to deliver an engaging Learning & Planting workshop with the P4–P7 pupils at St Laurence O’Toole’s Primary School. Led by Kieran Gallagher, the session gave every child the opportunity to create their own colourful flower pot while developing practical planting skills.
Alongside the hands-on activity, pupils learned fascinating facts about bees and the vital role they play in pollination and plant growth. 🐝🌸 The workshop was both educational and creative, encouraging curiosity, teamwork and a deeper appreciation of nature.
It was a truly memorable experience, and the enthusiasm shown by the pupils throughout the session was fantastic to see.
